Stela Panova has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Stela is currently working as the Director of Customer Value Management at Yettel.Bulgaria since March 2022. Prior to this, they spent over a decade at Telenor, starting as a Report & Analysis specialist in the Marketing Department in June 2010. From 2003 to 2008, they attended the University of National and World Economy, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. During this period, they also pursued an International Specialization in Political Science and Sociology at The University of Bonn from 2005 to 2006.

Later, from 2009 to 2011, Stela pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at City University of Seattle.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In January 2016, Stela completed the Customer Insights Programme from London Business School. In January 2017, they completed the Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme from INSEAD and the Firestarter: communication and storytelling for leaders program from Ergo;ego AS. In February 2015, they completed the Service Design program from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO). More recently, in November 2021, they completed the Pitching to Investors certification from LinkedIn, and in March 2022, they completed the Leading with Emotional Intelligence certification from LinkedIn.
