Jonathan Simm

Jonathan is a member of the portfolio team and oversees a number of investments. These include Frescobol Carioca, a luxury menswear brand and Wooshii, a disruptive video production agency. He recently oversaw the sale of CPMS, a project management firm specialising in the rail sector, which generated a 2x return in under three years.

A chartered accountant by training, Jonathan has over 20 years experience in Private Equity related roles across a variety of sectors. He spent eight years at mid-market PE house LDC where he led on new deals and sat on the investment committee. Jonathan was also a founding member of Altitude Partners, specialising in SME investment across Southern England. He also spent four years as the full-time FD of a successful PE-backed defence business.
