Bahattin Aydın

Bahattin Aydın has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of human resources. Bahattin started their career at UPS in 1997 as an IK Uzman, before moving to Yıldız Holding where they worked as an İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı/Yöneticisi from 1997 to 2006. Bahattin then became an İK İş Ortağı from 2006 to 2008 and later served as the İnsan Kaynakları Grup Müdürü from 2008 to 2010. Bahattin joined Avea in 2010 as the İnsan Kaynakları Kıdemli Direktörü until 2014. Bahattin then joined Türk Telekom as the İnsan Kaynakları Başkanı from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Bahattin works at Yıldız Holding as the Chief People and Business Support Officer starting from 2017.

Bahattin Aydın earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boğaziçi University from 1991 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Küçükçekmece Lisesi from 1988 to 1991. Bahattin later pursued a Master's degree in HR Management at Marmara University starting in 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Human Resources from Harvard Business School in 2013 and INSEAD Executive Education in 2007. Bahattin is also a Certified Coach from the Coaching & Training Institute.
