Janna Salvanera

Janna Salvanera has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Janna currently serves as the Team Lead for Google Business Profile & Local Services Ads by Google at Ylopo, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Operations Specialist at the same company from September 2021 to April 2022.

Janna has also worked as a Hairstylist at Floyd's 99 Barbershop since August 2022. Previously, they were a Hairstylist at Boardroom Salon for Men from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before their hairstyling career, Janna worked as a Salon Manager at Boardroom Salon for Men from June 2020 to June 2021. Janna also served as a Corporate Store Manager at Marsoner, Inc. d.b.a. Fascinations from June 2020 to February 2021.

Janna has experience in the beauty industry, having worked at SEPHORA as a Co Director- Client, Stage and Services experience from September 2019 to May 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Ulta Beauty including Loyalty and Credit District Leader from January 2019 to August 2019, General Manager from August 2015 to August 2019, and Salon Manager from August 2014 to August 2015.

Janna began their career as a Salon Manager at Hair Concept Salon from January 2012 to January 2014, and as an Operations Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. from January 2011 to August 2012.

Overall, Janna has gained extensive experience in leadership, marketing operations, hairstyling, salon management, and customer service throughout their career.

Janna Salvanera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, which they obtained from the National College of Science and Technology - Dasmariñas City, Cavite in the years 2001 to 2005. Janna then pursued a degree in Cosmetology and graduated from the Academy of Hair Design in 2009. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Grand Canyon University. In the same year, they also earned certifications in Campaign Management from Google and Digital Marketing from the HubSpot Academy. In 2023, they continued their education at Grand Canyon University, obtaining a Graduate Certificate of Completion in Project Management. Janna Salvanera achieved additional certifications, including Google Analytics Individual Qualification, a Social Media Marketing Certification Course from the HubSpot Academy, and a Cosmetologist and Hairdresser license from the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology in 2020. Janna has plans for a future certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they are set to complete at Grand Canyon University in 2024.
