Luna Franceschelli has been working in the translation field since 2006. Luna started their career as a Portuguese to Italian Translator at Koinè Lingue in 2006. In 2012, they became an Italian Language Teacher at A.R.C.I. Perugia and in 2013, they took on the role of Italian Language Courses Planner at Istituto Italiano Di Cultura. Additionally, they became an SEO Copywriter and Translator at MyTrendyPhone in 2013. From 2017 to 2019, Franceschelli worked at We Are Knitters as a Spanish to Italian Translator, at Zompopa BV as a Content Writer, and at Endoca as an English to Italian Translator. Since 2018, they have been working at YLT Translations, where they hold the roles of COO and Translator, as well as Project Manager and Translator.
Luna Franceschelli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literature from the Università degli Studi di Perugia in 2007. Luna then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Italian Language and Linguistics from the Università per Stranieri di Perugia in 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Audiovisual Translation: Localisation, Subtitling and Dubbing from the ISTRAD - Instituto Superior de Estudios Lingüísticos y Traducción in 2021.
