Vanessa Michel

Vanessa Michel has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Vanessa recently worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine, where they focused on building relationships in the community to provide emergency services and support for all ages. Prior to that, Vanessa had a role at Ulta Beauty as a Prestige Beauty Advisor and later as a General Manager, where they trained and developed managers and analyzed staffing and scheduling. Vanessa also worked as a Store Manager at Aerie by AEO, Inc., where they drove key performance indicators and recruited and retained top talent. Vanessa's previous experience includes a role as a Sales Manager at Victoria's Secret, where they planned strategies for maximizing sales and implemented visual changes to enhance the customer experience. Vanessa started their career as the Director of Patient Relations at The Lanap and Implant Center, where they developed policies and procedures and managed employee hiring and onboarding.

Vanessa Michel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Temple University, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Vanessa later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
