Pam Hearn

Pam Hearn currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since April 2019. As a council member of NAYDO Council since 2011, Pam has contributed to the organization's mission. Pam held leadership positions including President and President-Elect of the Junior League of Greater New Haven from June 2011 to May 2014 and served as VP of Financial Development at the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA from January 2007 to December 2013. Additionally, Pam was involved in League Development for the Junior League of Greater New Haven from June 2009 to May 2010. Pam is an alumna of Wellesley College.
