Wesley Banks

Wesley Banks has over 15 years of experience in volunteer coordination and employment resources, currently serving as Volunteer Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Toronto since November 2008. Responsibilities include designing volunteer job descriptions, building partnerships with community organizations, and managing volunteer files and training sessions. Previously, as an Employment Resources Consultant, Wesley facilitated workshops and provided personalized job search assistance. Additionally, experience as a committee member for the Volunteer Compliance & Child Protection Process involved reviewing recruitment procedures and recommending best practices for screening measures.
