Jennifer Kilgore has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career at Target as a Team Development Leader, where they provided leadership to a team of 20 collection members. Jennifer also served as a Vendor Performance Analyst, where they developed key operational vendor performance metrics and improved supply chain efficiency by engaging food vendors.

Later, Jennifer took on the role of Business Process Consultant at Target, where they led a team of technical designers and improved replenishment systems for stores. Jennifer then became a Sr. Business Partner for Store Operations, where they identified top-line sales projects and developed a diversion program for the Pharmacy business, resulting in $250 million in annual savings.

Jennifer moved on to work at OptumHealth as a Sr. Project/Program Manager. There, they managed a team of eight Sr. Project Managers and implemented talent management processes for the Business Initiatives internal consulting team.

Currently, Jennifer is working at the YMCA of the North as the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, they lead the PMO and aligns projects with the organization's strategic objectives. Jennifer is responsible for managing the portfolio of projects and expanding the influence of the PMO across the organization.
