CEO and Executive Team

The current executive team at the YMCA of San Diego County has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. Many of the executives have worked their way up through the ranks of the YMCA, starting as employees or volunteers. Others come from background in human resources, law, or business. All of the current executives have at least a bachelor's degree, with many holding higher level degrees from some of the nation's top universities.
