Brian Dusek

Brian Dusek has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Brian is currently the President and Chief Development Officer at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. Prior to this, they were the Founding Partner / CEO of Regnum Capital Partners. Brian also served as the Managing Principal - Real Estate Development at AECOM, where they were responsible for sourcing and leading various commercial real estate development projects. Brian has also held positions at Vista Equity Partners, JLL, PwC, and the U.S. Department of State, where they gained expertise in real estate strategy, advisory, and management. Brian'saccomplishments include reducing facilities spending, establishing global real estate databases, and collaborating on major real estate projects.

Brian Dusek has a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Brian also has a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Brian has obtained certifications such as Licensed Real Estate Broker from the State of Minnesota in 2017, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute in 2017, and Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) / Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) from CoreNet Global in 2011.
