Sujaya Deb

Sujaya Deb is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Since May 2018, Sujaya has served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Yochana IT Solutions INC, leading a team of over 15 recruitment specialists and collaborating closely with clients to navigate business processes and policies. Prior to this role, Sujaya worked at Accenture from February 2008 to October 2012 as a Senior HR Analyst, managing employee relations and implementing rewards programs. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Executive at PSI Data Systems and a Technical Recruiter at Key to Jobs, focused on recruitment and vendor management. Sujaya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Bangalore University, completed in 2005.
