Ashley Rodenspiel

Ashley Rodenspiel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ashley most recently worked at Yohana as a Member Experience Program Lead, where they were responsible for designing content strategies, developing core experiences, and creating proactive member journeys. Prior to this, they were the Member Operations Team Lead at Yohana, where they managed a team, improved KPI metrics, and implemented key business strategies. Ashley also worked as a Member Personal Assistant at Yohana, where they managed multiple households, tested company technology, and trained additional staff.

Ashley has previous experience as a Personal Chef at Purely Simple Gourmet, where they developed recipes, managed client relationships, and handled all operations. Ashley also worked as an Executive Assistant at Travel Wizards and held various roles, including House Manager/Personal Assistant/Personal Chef, Guest Services Specialist at Allied Barton Security, Lead Banquet Server at Bacchus Management Group, Director of Events at Bacchus Management Group, and Reception Manager at The Sports Club/LA.

Ashley Rodenspiel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Arizona between 2002 and 2006. Later in 2010, they attended the College of San Mateo for the South Bay Regional Public Safety Program, specifically the Basic Police Academy.
