Rachit Garg has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2019, they founded Yojak, a B2B managed marketplace for building materials for non-standard, local, unbranded supplies between local manufacturers and retailers in Tier-2,3,4 cities across India. Rachit also worked as a consultant for Valeo in the same year. In 2019, they were a Strategy Intern for Electric Mobility at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd). In 2018, they were a Project Management Intern at Udaan.com and an Intern at Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Pvt. Ltd). In 2016, they were a Business Development Intern at Smilesmith Dental Services Private Limited.

Lastly, they attended Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering.
