Maciej Wojtaszak serves as the Continuous Improvement Director at Yokohama TWS, a role focused on enhancing manufacturing excellence through operational optimization, innovation, safety, and sustainability. With extensive experience leading initiatives across multiple factories, Maciej has previously held positions including Manufacturing Excellence Manager and Interim Plant Manager at various facilities. Prior to joining Yokohama, Maciej spent nearly a decade at Trelleborg Wheel Systems in similar managerial roles, overseeing comprehensive manufacturing programs and ensuring adherence to performance metrics. Maciej's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Silesian Technical University.
