Kristin Sgroi

Kristin Sgroi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in content and community management, marketing strategy, project management, and office administration. Kristin is currently working as a Senior Manager of Content & Community at YOOBIC since 2023. Prior to this, they worked for Collab With Kristin as a Senior Marketing Strategist for over 15 years, from 2008 to 2023. Kristin also worked as a Director of Marketing & Education at OfficeNinjas from 2018 to 2022, where they focused on professional development and training for administrative professionals. Kristin has experience in marketing strategy and project management roles at Camp Creative and glassCanopy Marketing from 2014 to 2018. Kristin also worked as a Social Media Manager at Grow Marketing from 2012 to 2013 and as a Digital Marketing Manager at Groove from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held positions as an Online Customer Service Manager at Busch Gardens Williamsburg from 2007 to 2008, an Office Manager at Ginn Company from 2005 to 2007, and as a Features Writer and Copy Editor at The Daily Reflector from 2003 to 2005.

Kristin Sgroi has a BA in Creative Writing and Philosophy from East Carolina University. Kristin also participated in the High-Impact Leadership Program at the Haas School of Business in the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they were awarded a Study Abroad Scholarship and attended Western Sydney University. Currently, they are pursuing Improv, Levels 1-5 at the Steel City Improv Theater in Pittsburgh, PA, starting in 2022.
