Ekaterina Polezhaeva is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Director at Yoola since December 2017, Ekaterina previously held significant roles such as Head of Assessment & Talent Management at ПАО «ВТБ Банк» and Head of Corporate University at NVision Group, where initiatives included the creation of a corporate university and the establishment of a talent evaluation system that garnered recognition. Ekaterina also provided consultancy on personnel assessment and development at Центр Кадровых Технологий - 21 век. Educational background includes a degree in social psychology from МГУ им. М.В.
