Nafis Ahmed

Nafis Ahmed is an accomplished professional in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, currently serving as the Associate Director and previously as the Entrepreneurship Manager at YSpace, York University since February 2020. In this role, Nafis supports high-growth startups through incubation and acceleration programs, connecting them with a regional network of influencers and innovators. Prior experience includes co-founding NuLens Innovation, where a people-first approach combined design thinking and lean startup principles to drive innovative practices. Nafis also served as Startup Experience Coordinator at the Legal Innovation Zone at Ryerson from June 2015 to February 2020, focusing on improving legal services through innovative solutions, and held previous positions in operations and customer service during time at The DMZ and Ryerson Students' Union, respectively. Nafis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University, obtained in 2016.
