Nitsan Aaronson Geron has held various roles over the years. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Partnership and Foreign Relations Manager at AHARAI - Youth Leading Change, where they were responsible for fundraising, developing relationships with donors and organizations, and organizing events. From 2012 to 2020, Nitsan worked at Inneractive (Acquired by Fyber), serving as the Publisher Account Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and eventually the Head of Publishers International. In these roles, they were involved in managing international publishers, marketing products, and overseeing business operations.
