Amber Fitzgerald

Amber Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at YNAB since October 2020, Amber focuses on enhancing company culture and supporting team success. Previous roles include Division Director and Senior/Lead Staffing Executive at Robert Half, where Amber contributed to the growth of design and project management consultancy programs. Amber's background also encompasses various positions in sales and marketing at becker&mayer! and University of Notre Dame Press, as well as internships that fostered strong skills in marketing strategy and editorial processes.
