Dr. Lars Hewel

Dr. Lars Hewel is the current CEO of YoungCapital Deutschland, leading a scale-up in the HR-Services industry. Prior to this role, Dr. Lars Hewel held various positions at Randstad Deutschland, including Group Director Business Innovation/CINO and Director Business Intelligence, Concepts & Strategy. Dr. Lars also served as Managing Director of GULP Solution Services at GULP – experts united. With a background in finance and strategic development, Dr. Lars Hewel has a track record of successful leadership through economic crises, strategic growth through M&A initiatives, and driving organizational change and optimization. Dr. Lars holds a PhD from INSEAD and has received education from TIAS School for Business and Society, University of Regensburg, University of Cologne, and UCL.
