Tiina Hahtovirta

Tiina Hahtovirta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tiina is currently a Board Member at 61N, a company that develops critical information systems for the defense and security sector. Tiina specializes in talent/people strategy, employee experience, employer branding, HR, and operations.

Previously, Tiina worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer/CHRO at Foodello-Fiksuruoka.fi, a fast-growing technology and e-commerce company that reduces food waste. Tiina was also an Advisory Board Member at Adventure Club, where they contributed to product-led digital transformation initiatives.

Tiina has held leadership positions in the HR field, including being the Global HR Director at Yousician, the world's largest music educator. Tiina also served as the Chief of Employee Experience and Partner at Hellon, a service design consultancy, and the HR Director for Europe at Idean, a global design and strategy firm.

Tiina'sexperience also includes being an Advisory Board Member at carelia.co, the first Finnish webshop for employee wellbeing services. Additionally, Tiina has worked in HR roles at Fjord - Accenture Interactive/Digital and Pilke Publishing Ltd.

Earlier in their career, Tiina worked as a Consultant at the Great Place to Work Institute, where they handled diverse projects related to management development, human resources, business development, sales, and company events.

Tiina Hahtovirta received their M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, from 2003 to 2008. Tiina studied Management and Organization, Business law, and Marketing during their time there.
