As Lead Product Manager, you will work on both strategy and execution. We expect our product managers to develop strong views on our strategy based on a deep understanding of relevant metrics and competitive insights. We also expect excellent execution and the ability for PMs to coordinate seamlessly with a team of Engineering/QA/Product Design colleagues (and sometimes external partners) to deliver delightful experiences in record time. 

You will:

  • Be part of our mission to develop innovative and industry-leading product strategies and roadmaps that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate us from the competition.
  • You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering a delightful experience to our customers.
  • Collaborate across functions in the company such as marketing, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to define our go-to-market plans and scale our business processes.
  • As part of our continuous effort to improve our products, you will define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work as we grow.

You have:

  • 8-10 years of outstanding and relevant experience, across Product/Technical/Business roles. We are looking for someone with strong B2B experience, including customer segmentation and product-led growth strategies.
  • You have a track record showing your ability to drive key product metrics and business outcomes independently, and have experience proposing a strategy/roadmap which makes strategic bets to drive key metrics, and aligning this with Senior Management.
  • You should be comfortable making recommendations directly to Senior Management, and should have a deep understanding of 
    • Product craft (UI/UX, data, technical details, preparing good PRDs with clear outcomes/scope, unblocking the team in a timely fashion etc.)
    • Our overall business, financial drivers, and market/competitive dynamics
  • You are comfortable fronting commercial conversations with potential partners (and even customers if need be), and know how to assess buy vs. build options and have experience providing nuanced recommendations around buy vs. build as well as which vendor/partner we should work with.
  • You’re the type of person who finds problems others may not have seen yet (even cross-function) and proposes pragmatic solutions, prioritizing company needs over team boundaries.
  • You’re prepared to dive deep into workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience, working across teams to try and ensure that nothing is missed and no customer is left behind.
  • People naturally look to you for leadership/guidance and you’re prepared (both in experience and temperament) to make weighty judgment calls. At the same time you’re always humble and know the limits of your expertise and when to escalate decisions/seek further alignment.
  • You should also be a master of stakeholder management (or be prepared to become one) - in particular, we work closely with many external partners/vendors and you should be savvy about how to manage our partners/relationships/commercials to ensure our business needs are met.
  • Depending on your seniority, the role has potential to be a managerial one in the short/medium term as we grow and scale the Product function.
