We are seeking UI/UX Designers (Digital Product) to join YouTrip’s brand-new design squad in The Philippines. This role reports to our Director of Product Design in Singapore. This is a hybrid role with office presence in BGC, Manila required.

You will:

• Make an impact on the lives of millions by designing solutions that influence the way our users travel, transact, and send money across Asia and beyond
• Work as part of an international team of designers, product managers, and developers across our offices in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia
• Take ownership over design and improvement of features and functionalities across our B2B and B2C products in key markets SG, TH, and MY
• Bridge UX and UI through leveraging sound design principles to create concepts, flows, screen designs, and hi-fi prototypes while being comfortable in component based designs
• Translate user needs into actionable, delightful solutions for complex design problems with measurable impact
• Effectively communicate proposed design solutions and their impacts on product experience, users, and business goals across teams and stakeholders
• Push the standards of our work, be in aesthetics, usability, delight, or iteration speed

• You know it’s worth paying extra attention to details – from interactions to wording

You have:

• 4-7 years in UI/UX or product design, with a strong sense for aesthetics and usability

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields with exceptional online portfolio

• 2+ years experience working on live apps/websites with complex features

• Designed for and optimised large mobile or web apps – used and loved by their users

• Outstanding ability to empathise with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures to gain actionable insight through UX research

• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills with great interpersonal skills.

• Figma Skills at Ninja level with a strong passion for prototyping (Figma, Framer, Protopie, etc)
