Krystal Cope

Krystal Cope is an experienced business professional currently serving as the Head of Business Operations for YouTube Business and Chief of Staff for YouTube Music, roles held since June 2014. In this capacity, Krystal leads strategic initiatives focused on content strategy, acquisitions, and the development of defined strategic plans for YouTube's music division. Prior to joining YouTube, Krystal worked at Google from September 2008 to June 2014 as a Business Operations & Strategy Senior Associate, where notable projects included evaluating business plans for YouTube's Music sector and enhancing collaboration between product and sales teams. Krystal's earlier experience includes a role as a Compensation Specialist at Google and as an Associate Consultant at Mercer Consulting from June 2005 to August 2008. Educationally, Krystal graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and has a background from Chadwick School.
