Eric Pliner

Eric Pliner serves as the Managing Director & Global Lead of the Leadership & Culture Practice at Accenture since August 2022. With extensive experience at YSC Consulting, Pliner has held multiple leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Managing Director, beginning in November 2010. Pliner also chairs the Nominations and Governance Committee for Hip Hop Public Health and has held various key positions within the NYC Department of Education from 2004 to 2010, creating impactful strategic learning and development initiatives. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Hunter College and developing professional training curricula at Rutgers University. Pliner's education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, focusing on Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources.
