YuJa Inc is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-oriented Account Manager to help drive satisfaction with existing accounts, maintain our 99%+ customer retention rate, and collaboratively cross-sell existing accounts. As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Be a liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate client requests
  • Fulfill on revenue commitment for upsells and new product acquisition
  • Present products and services to clients that have not been previously purchased
  • Provide quotations in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor the client’s budget and product usage
  • Observe trends, and changes on client accounts
  • Provide progress reports to clients and upper management
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to maximize customer retention
  • Work with Account Executives on client “handoff”
  • Negotiate agreement renewals and contract changes
  • Update records to show the most recent client information

YuJa’s Account Managers have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • A history of meeting retention goals and/or revenue quotas
  • The ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
  • Curiosity
  • A competitive spirit
  • Ambitious, ready to learn attitude with a desire to grow
  • A people and detail-oriented personality
  • The ability to maintain a professional and a fun attitude, especially during conferences over Google Meets, Zoom, etc.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • The desire to be a team player and inclination to contribute to group goals
