YuJa is looking for talented individuals to work within our Toronto office and play a full-time role on our team. Our team is passionate, excited about growth opportunities and very creative. We are looking for people who are like-minded in vision but also can contribute to the diverse thinking our team requires. This is a full-time on-site role within our Toronto office.

About the Role
Manage HR software system, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management
Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
Manage and oversee payroll systems for US and Canadian operations
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
Advocate for employee retention and development
Implement company culture, values and policies
Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Manage and oversee internal compliance controls
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
2-4 years of previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated multi-tasker
Experience in conflict resolution
Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong leadership qualities
