The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to help us find and onboard the best talent in the industry. You'll be set up to work from our HK office, located in the Central District of Hong Kong, and will also be able to work from home in a hybrid set up.

What you’ll do:

• Drive our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting top-tier professionals in the crypto and fintech sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, drafting contracts and setting up their onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Leverage your network and innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Enhance our employer brand and create compelling job descriptions that stand out in the competitive crypto market.
• Own the full recruitment space!! This is your chance to own the end-to-end recruitment process and shape the whole function in the way you want.
• Manage and facilitate internal mobility.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech, fintech, or crypto industries
• Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology (knowledge of the industry is a plus)
• Good initiative and the ability to work in an autonomous and driven environment
