Cali Gold

Cali Gold is the Head of People at yulife. Prior to their current role, they served as HR and Development Manager at Gett from July 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing monthly MI and forecasting, assisting with Diversity and Inclusion events and data analysis, and working with internal Learning and Development functions to drive more coaching and learning practices across the account whilst building a framework to mentor individuals.

From March 2016 to November 2016, Ms. Gold served as Team Lead Audit and Risk Advisory at Deloitte UK. In this role, they oversaw monthly MI and forecasting, assisted with Diversity and Inclusion events and data analysis, and worked with internal Learning and Development functions to drive more coaching and learning practices across the account whilst building a framework to mentor individuals.

Ms. Gold began their career as a Consultant at Robert Half International from July 2010 to June 2013. Cali then served as Senior Recruitment Advisor at Deloitte from February 2014 to January 2016 before taking on their current role at yulife.

Cali Gold studied for a BA Honours in Philosophy & Theology at the University of Nottingham. Cali then went on to study for a level 7 qualification at CIPD Qualifications.

Cali Gold reports to Sammy Rubin, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Josh Hart - Co-Founder, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Lauren Berkemeyer - VP, Marketing, and Jaco Oosthuizen - Co-Founder & Chief Insurance Officer.
