Nigel Henry is a seasoned professional in operations and food safety, currently serving as the Global Director of Operations at Yum! Brands since March 2022, leading initiatives across KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger. Previously, Nigel held multiple roles at Pizza Hut, including Director of Product Management (Restaurant Excellence) and Director of Customer Experience & Compliance. With extensive experience at Yum! Brands, Premier Foods, Maple Leaf Foods, La Fornaia Ltd, and Parry W Bellot and Co. Ltd, Nigel has demonstrated expertise in managing food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence, complemented by an academic background that includes a Master of Science in Food Safety and Control from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Andrews University.
