Andrew Dean

Andrew Dean is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in cloud-native technologies and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Yurts since August 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Sysdig from June 2017 to August 2024, where significant contributions included cloud vendor partnerships, time series database implementation, and operational optimizations using technologies such as Go, Kubernetes, gRPC, and Kafka. Andrew also acted as a Technical Lead, optimizing data transfer and improving system stability for billing integrations.
