Shilpa Chhadwa

Shilpa Chhadwa has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and roles. Shilpa currently holds the position of Head of Program Management Office at Yuvo Health, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Impact HC from January 2021. In 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Government Solutions and PMO on a contract basis at Innovista Health Solutions, ending in February 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Shilpa Chhadwa held two roles at Sema4, including Senior Director of Oncology Solutions on a contract basis and Product Launch Director of Oncology Solutions. Before that, they worked as the Director of Population Health at Genesis Physicians Group from 2016 to 2019 and as the Director of Performance Improvement at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 2015 to 2016. Shilpa Chhadwa also has experience at Genesis Physicians Group in various roles, including Director of ACO Provider Network Performance, Program Manager of ACO, and Administrative Intern from 2012 to 2015. Prior to these roles, they worked as a General Practitioner in a self-employed capacity in 2009. Shilpa also served as a Physician Consultant at Jalan's Health Care and Diabetic Centre in 2008 and as a Resident Medical Officer at Chandrajyoti Pediatric Hospital in 2007.

Shilpa Chhadwa's education history includes a Master's degree in Health Administration from UNT Health Science Center, School of Public Health, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an M.D in Homeopathic Medicine (Internal Medicine) from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Shilpa Chhadwa has also obtained certifications in Clinical Safety and Effectiveness from UT Southwestern Medical Center in June 2016, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Texas Christian University.
