Heather Aubry

Heather Aubry is currently working as a Pastry Chef at Owl Bakery and a Front Desk Associate at YWCA of Asheville and WNC. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as a Pastry Chef at Winner Bakery and as a Baker at Madeleines Bakery and Bistro. Heather also gained experience as an Intern at Thedford Garber Law firm and Morocco Organization for Citizenship, where Heather conducted research and created informative resources. Additionally, Heather interned at Young Chicago Authors, assisting with poetry events in Chicago. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
