Patricia Jones has a diverse work experience. Patricia started their career as an Associate Recruiter at a contract company from 2011 to 2015, where they recruited and managed candidates. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Resume Writer at Talent Inc., writing and delivering various job search marketing tools. Patricia also served as an Employment Specialist at CoreCivic in 2017, providing client services in employment counseling and job development. In 2018, they joined Still Patricia Rises, Tulsa as an Office Manager and later became the Business Operations Manager until 2021. Currently, they are working at YWCA Tulsa as a Human Resources Manager, and as of 2022, they hold the position of Human Resources Director.
