Bianca Genao has extensive experience in various social service and legal roles, including being a Case Manager / Crisis Intervention Senior Advocate at YWCA USA. Prior to this, Bianca held positions such as Bilingual Home Study and Post Release Service Case Manager at Endeavor, Case Manager at Women In Need, Inc. (Win), and Immigration Paralegal at The Lopez Law Firm, PLLC. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Spanish from St. John Fisher University, Bianca also has a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad de Granada and a Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University.
