Nikola Rakic

Nikola Rakic has a diverse work experience. Nikola started their career as a Search Engine Marketing Intern at One Click Ventures, LLC in 2010. Nikola then worked as an Intern Info Technology II at WellPoint in 2011. In 2012, they joined Cognizant as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate, specializing in SAP Functional Consulting. Nikola worked on large-scale SAP implementations and consolidations, collaborating on designing solutions using SAP's next-generation CAR on HANA platform. In 2021, they joined Zaelab as a Senior Business Analyst, where they help clients deliver exceptional customer experiences by removing the complexity and friction of digital platform implementation and operations. Additionally, Nikola has experience as the Co-Founder and CEO of an independent record label and professional recording studio, where they managed day-to-day affairs, negotiated live performances, recorded and engineered musical compositions, and balanced work with full-time studies. Nikola also worked as Kelley School of Business TS Support Staff at Indiana University. Throughout their career, Nikola has demonstrated strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Nikola Rakic began their education at Bloomington High School North, where they graduated as Valedictorian in 2001. Nikola then attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2004 to 2010, majoring in Business Economics, Public Policy, and Legal Studies. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor's degree. In 2010, Nikola pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they completed in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Nikola obtained the SAP TERP 10 certification from SAP in May 2012. Nikola also obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
