Kamesh BV has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kamesh started their career in 2006 as an Associate Executive - HR at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end lateral recruitment. Kamesh then worked at HTC Global Services as an Executive - Recruitment, managing the recruitment cycle and resource deployment for various industries. In 2010, Kamesh joined ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED as a Senior Recruiter, where they managed full life-cycle recruitment and collaborated with hiring managers to drive business objectives. Kamesh then moved on to Syntel, where they served as a Manager - Recruitment, leading a team and fulfilling manpower requirements for the Healthcare & Life Sciences Business Unit. In 2016, Kamesh joined Allscripts as a Sr Manager Talent Acquisition - India & International, where they developed and implemented recruitment strategies and acted as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Kamesh then held the position of General Manager - Talent Acquisition at Ingram Micro, where they enabled business partners to operate efficiently in their respective markets. Currently, Kamesh BV serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Zafin, where they empower financial institutions to modernize their core banking systems.

Kamesh BV completed an M.B.A degree in HR & Marketing from SRM University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In June 2020, they completed the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Unconscious Bias" certifications. In July 2021, they obtained the "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" certifications, all from LinkedIn.
