Emre Gurkan

Emre Gurkan is a seasoned executive and leader in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Zain Iraq since 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer for the wider Zain Group since 2014. With a significant background in strategy and business development, Emre has held various key positions including Chairman of mshield, and Chief Executive Officer of Zain Lebanon. Emre's experience extends to serving as a Non-Executive Board Member for both FOO and NXN, along with a role as Group Chief Strategy, Business Development, and Digital Officer.
