Saed al Qawwas -

Saed Al Qawwas, a certified public accountant (CPA), has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Saed started their career as an Accountant Clerk at Arab Bank and later worked as a Semi Senior Auditor at PwC. Moving on, they joined Fastlink- Jordan Mobile Telephone Services Company as an Accounting Senior Supervisor, where they quickly climbed the ranks to become a Senior Accounting Supervisor. Saed then transitioned to MTC Touch as a Financial Controller, where they successfully executed a disaster recovery plan and restructured the finance department. Following this, they joined Zain Group as a Financial Integration & Controls Manager, responsible for integrating newly acquired businesses and aligning policies and procedures. Saed later served as the Finance Director - Africa Region, managing the financial consolidation process for more than 30 legal entities. Currently, Saed holds the position of Operations Director - Finance at Zain, where they act as a liaison between various Zain operations and oversees financial matters. In addition to their experience in the telecommunications industry, they also briefly worked as a Landlord at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc.

Saed Al Qawwas, CPA, holds a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Jordan, completing their studies from 1989 to 1992. In 1998, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Board Of Examiners in Illinois, USA, specializing in audit and accounting.
