Shardul Thakur is an experienced leader in digital analytics, currently serving as the Acting Director of DX Analytics at Zalando since May 2017, where oversight includes multiple teams focused on product, digital, content analytics, and data engineering. Thakur has held various roles at Zalando, including interim head of DX Analytics and head of content analytics, leading initiatives that optimize digital content and enhance customer retention for a high-traffic e-commerce platform.
