Antara Khound

Antara Khound has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Antara began their career in 2008 as an Executive Trainee HR at Asom Nirman Ltd. Antara then joined Accenture in 2012 as an Assistant HR and worked there until 2013. In 2015, Antara joined Unisys Global Services India as a Recruitment Analyst for a brief period of four months. Later in the same year, they started working at Zaloni as an Assistant Manager HR, and concurrently held the positions of HR Executive and Senior HR Executive until 2022.

Antara Khound obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Punjab Technical University, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Arts with a focus on Industrial Psychology at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, from 2005 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Antara has obtained the following:

- Human Resources Analytics from UC Irvine in May 2021.

- Talent Acquisition & Hiring (Version 3) from Udemy in May 2021.

- Advanced Excel for Managers Automation & Analytics from Udemy in April 2021.

- HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in August 2020.

- Advanced Excel from NIIT, Guwahati in December 2013.

Additionally, Antara has completed a certification titled "HR as a Strategic Business Partner" from Udemy, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
