Will Caldwell M.D.

Will Caldwell MD MBA is a distinguished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of SaVia Health since May 2022, Caldwell is also the Managing Director and Founder of Stone Cairn Ventures and a Senior Health Advisor for Zanmi Lasante. Previously, Caldwell held the position of SVP of Population Health at Health Catalyst from August 2018 to May 2022 and served as SVP of Clinical Integration, Chairman, and Medical Director at Novant Health from March 2016 to February 2018. Caldwell's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College, an MD from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, and an MBA with highest honors from Wake Forest University School of Business. Additionally, Caldwell participated in McKinsey and Co.'s Future Business Leaders Academy.
