Meredith Arlio, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career in 2008 at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Front End Management staff member. In 2012, they joined Hill & Associates, P.C. as a Paralegal specializing in Labor & Employment Law. Meredith then transitioned to Macy's in 2013, gaining experience in Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Zaxby's Franchising LLC as a Human Resources Manager, later advancing to Senior Manager and currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards.
