Meredith Arlio

Meredith Arlio, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career in 2008 at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Front End Management staff member. In 2012, they joined Hill & Associates, P.C. as a Paralegal specializing in Labor & Employment Law. Meredith then transitioned to Macy's in 2013, gaining experience in Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Zaxby's Franchising LLC as a Human Resources Manager, later advancing to Senior Manager and currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards.

Meredith Arlio, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Meredith also obtained an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Athens Technical College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, and the William E. and Barbara H. Beckham Jr. Workforce Diversity Certificate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
