Amy Schneider

Amy Schneider is a highly experienced professional in talent development, currently serving as the Talent Development Lead at Zayo Group since June 2019. Amy has held multiple roles within the company, including Talent Development Specialist and Talent Development Program Manager, where responsibilities included designing and delivering leadership, management, and professional development training for Zayo's global workforce, as well as implementing a global mentorship program. Previous experience includes roles in Delta Delta Delta Sorority focused on recruitment events and philanthropy, and a position as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Denver.
