Craig Ratajczyk

Craig Ratajczyk is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Independent Non Executive Advisory Board Director at Zea Biosciences and Chief Executive Officer at Crop One Holdings (FreshBox Farms) and the Illinois Soybean Association, Craig has a strong background in strategic management and agricultural sectors. Additionally, Craig holds the rank of U.S. Navy Commander in Intelligence, combining military experience with corporate leadership. Previously, Craig worked as Director of Global Issues & Alliances at the U.S. Soybean Export Council. Educational qualifications include programs in Finance for Executives and Corporate Strategy from Harvard Business School and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
