Thomas Dillon

Thomas Dillon has held various positions in security, investigations, and law enforcement throughout their career. Thomas has experience in conducting school safety and security audits, vulnerability assessments, emergency operations planning, and residency investigations. With a background in law enforcement, Thomas has served as a Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, Detective, and Patrolman, specializing in areas such as major crime investigation, narcotics enforcement, and SWAT. In addition, Thomas has served as the Director of Safety & Security for South Windsor Public Schools, where Thomas supervised a team of safety officers across a six-school district. Currently, Thomas is the President of Dillon Security & Investigations LLC and an Associate at Zeal Education Group.
