Terri Kirkpatrick, PHR has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Terri is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Zealandia Holding Co., where they provide strategic and leadership capabilities to the human resources and payroll departments for a family of international companies. Terri'sresponsibilities include leading HR due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Shared Services, and was responsible for providing strategic leadership to various departments within the company. Terri also served as the Manager of Training and Development, overseeing HR training and compliance training for the company. In addition, Terri has experience as the Benefits & Employee Recognition Manager, where they designed and implemented benefit plans and developed employee engagement and recognition programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Festiva & ZHC, where they managed all employee needs and implemented policies, programs, and practices. Terri also had experience as an Office Manager/Collections at GDS, Inc/Republic Services. Terri holds a PHR certification.
Terri Kirkpatrick, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Purdue Global. Terri completed their degree from 2015 to 2017. In October 2016, Terri obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. Terri also received various honors and awards during their time at Purdue University Global, including being on the President's List in April 2016 and November 2015 terms, as well as on the Dean's List Honors in the December 2016 term.
