Tariq Afeef has extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering for 10 AI/ML SaaS Products at Zebra Technologies. Previously, Tariq held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering and Technology at Cresco Labs and served as Senior Director of Software Engineering and Technology at Sears Holdings Corporation. Tariq's earlier roles include Director of Software Development at U.S. Cellular and Director of Software Engineering at Sears Holdings Corporation. Tariq holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Iowa and a Certificate in Computer Science from DePaul University.
