We’re searching for a driven, proactive and organized Operations Manager with transportation or logistics experience to be based in New Jersey (one of our key regional hubs) or in close proximity to our US HQ in Boston.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the design and implementation of complex, tech-enabled transportation services; working with bus operator partners on planning and service delivery
• Develop and enforce quality standards in terms of service performance against SLAs and safety standards
• Build our national network of Operator Partners and foster winning partnerships to deliver positive commercial and operational results
• Manage escalation procedures
• Work with the wider US team and central teams (such as Product and 24/7 operations) to continually improve the way we work and the product we deliver to our B2B clients, riders, operator partners and drivers

What you should have:

• 3+ of successful track record in the management of passenger transportation or logistics services
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strategic, yet practical and hands-on approach
• Meticulous, analytical, and rigorous mindset
• Commercial acumen and a penchant for customer service excellence
• Relationships in the bus, limo or charter operator industry is a plus
• Strong interest in working in a startup or scaleup environment
